The evolution of a management system at the "point of execution" is a process, not a fixed formula. Not every manager advances at the same rate, not every supervisor accepts change immediately. It takes time and involvement of the IMPAC specialists to act as the Change Agent, Coach and Mentor as well as the designer of the systems. If it could have been done internally, it would already have been done. After an extensive Analysis by the team, usually over a 2-3 week period, the Chief Analyst will determine the savings potential for the client and the Guarantee associated with those savings.
