We have implemented systems to create a daily overview of the use of resources and productivity in our production processes. During the project we were often at the positive way of implementing the IMPAC systems which were easy to adapt and install in our production philosophy.

As a result of the behavioral training, along with the design and installation of the management controls, we are experiencing a renewed excitement among our Restaurant General Managers and team members. We are seeing a positive change in our Supervisor’s behavior with the concepts being taught in the communication workshop classes.
Our management group now posses the enhanced skill sets required to accelerate and perpetuate a working environment of continuous improvement.

In course of the project, IMPAC proposed changes in management methods, worked out and implemented the tools facilitating effectiveness of management systems in production workshops, maintenance area and quality control department.
Also a number of business processes were restructured, it is worth mentioning that IMPAC’s unique approach provides the involvement of all management levels at every stage of the project.
Such approach to building a professional behaviour of supervisors and managers as well as new management systems resulted in overachievement of key project goals; in addition, specially designed training program for all levels of management has led to considerable positive changes in corporate management culture.

These are only a few examples of what we have gained during the Project:
- Within 6 months of the project, the productivity of our machines has grown by 33.75% in May 2008 compared to year 2007.
- Simultaneously, the percentage of waste decreased by 15.8%.
- Overtime ratio generated by factory workers reduced by 15%.
- (SMED) implementation program which has resulted in a 17.9% reduction in set up time
- Positive behavior change has been shown by supervisory and mid- management level which is very critical to the point of execution. The supervisors are now applying IMPAC’s 8 supervisory skills and their concept system very well on the floor.

I continually speak to both my staff’s about passion and “owning their work”, repeatedly asking them to treat the business as if it was theirs. I have used IMPAC as an example, a number of times, when speaking of passion.
